* `player changes framed <item>` event

* Slightly update meta

* Use `frame` variable instead of getting it from `event`.

* Make fields `public` and store `ItemTag` as a field as well.

* Update field

* Update `ElementTag` constructor and de-cache `item` for `getContext`

* Fix typo
