Updated equip command  (#2322)

* Updated equip command from Pig to instanceof Steerable

* Update horse check to instanceof AbstractHorse

Allows you to equip donkeys, skeleton/zombie horses with a saddle, also checks if an inventory is instanceof HorseInventory before attempting to equip horse armor. Currently only normal horses can be equipped with armor, but may change in a future update
