`nbs` command is now ~Waitable (#429)
* `nbs` command is now ~Waitable
* Set `scriptEntry` finished when actually finished and fix instance.
* `ScriptEntry` retrieval optimization
* Move `scriptEntry.setFinished(true)` to outside loop.
