[Experimental] Add formats

Formats can be used to format the output text. Tired of copy-paste
narrator text? Then formats are the perfect way for you.
Just create a new format container and set the format for the specified
message:
- NARRATE FORMAT:Quest_Given "Catch me if you can!"

Format container in the scripts file:
Quest_Given:
  type: format
  format: "<gold>New Quest: <white><text>"
