Add thunder changes event (#2317)

* Added ThunderChangesScriptEvent

Adds an event that allows a user to detect when thunder changes in a world

Add new material property `attached_to_wall` (#2318)

* Added `attached_to_wall` material property

attached_to_wall is a property that gets/changes whether a lantern or gate is attached to a wall (or ceiling in the case of the former), especially useful for making floating lanterns easily

Updated equip command  (#2322)

* Updated equip command from Pig to instanceof Steerable

Allows you to equip donkeys, skeleton/zombie horses with a saddle, also checks if an inventory is instanceof HorseInventory before attempting to equip horse armor. Currently only normal horses can be equipped with armor, but may change in a future update
